I think it depends — if someone uses the cleaning supplies to better the condition of the train — it would probably not be litter. 😉
ah, touche. I was just riffing on my old post about leaving newspapers on the T http://www.limeduck.com/2008/06/26/leaving-newspapers-on-the-train-littering-or-sharing/ but now I’m guilty not only of not cleaning up the litter, but also of not using the litter to clean up the train itself. Maybe its not litter, but a public service left so passengers can clean (and one hopes sterliize) surfaces before touching them? Hmm.
